In July 2011, Religare Capital Markets plc (RCM plc) acquired a majority stake in Noah Financial Innovation (Pty) Ltd (Noah). Now known as Religare Noah Capital Markets (Pty) Ltd the business forms part of RCM’s rapidly expanding emerging market platform.

RCM offers of full suite of investment banking services and is the only investment bank out of India to have a presence in over 10 countries internationally.

Noah’s founding members and now empowerment shareholder; Black Elephant Investment Holdings remain actively involved through a substantial stake and board representation.
