At Noah, we have a members-only club - the Gr8 Club. It stands for 'great team' and the members are our staff and, by invitation, their families. Like any club, we have get-togethers, we try new things, and once a year we hold a family day. There's even a library filled with books on personal motivation and growth, business books and biographies, anything that inspires us.

S - SASIX

The South African Social Investment Exchange (SASIX) is South Africa's first social investment 'stock exchange' where carefully selected projects are listed and offered to the public as investment opportunities with a social return. SASIX provides independent research, evaluation and monitoring to ensure that listed projects meet a set of criteria, including the ability to deliver measurable returns. These returns are social rather than financial but they are nonetheless vital for development in South Africa.

T - Team Noah

The heart of our business is our team. As a knowledge-based business, the skills and intellectual capital of our people are our business - we don't sell nuts and bolts. Noah couldn't have done it without the animals - we can't do it without our team.

U - UNISA Chair

As part of our social investment focus, and using the funds generated through Broking for Good™, we have established the Noah Chair in Responsible Investment at the UNISA Centre for Corporate Citizenship. Established in early 2007, the Chair is initially focused on research and will thereafter develop education programmes. Its first research project, The State of Responsible Investment In South Africa, was published in October 2007.

We've successfully implemented the 'GL STREAM Front to Back Solution' for our trading operations on the JSE Securities Exchange. This allows us to facilitate client connectivity , market connectivity , post-trade management and Direct Market Access (DMA) to the JSE securities Exchange.
